What can I expect from my Experience Box?
Each box, put together with your interests in mind, will include activities organized together into full experiences. Each experience box will include a number of things for you to do, some time of food and/or drink and a suggested itinerary on how to experience them together. Alternatively, you can break them up and make your experiences last even longer. Each box will include all gift certificates, coupons and tickets that you need for the full experience. We also create for you a separate webpage for each experience to provide you with additional information to expand your experience even more. It is our intention that every experience box will include things to surprise and delight you. And the bonus is, each experience subscription box is valued greater than what you would pay if you purchased all vouchers/gift cards individually.
What is the difference between a subscription and a one-time, any-time box?
We have created our one-time, any-time boxes to give you an opportunity to get started right away, if you just want to try one of our experiences before committing to a subscription or if you want to gift someone an experience. They are just that – a one-time experience you can schedule in whenever you want to go.
Our subscription boxes are tailored specifically to your interests as we ask you to fill our a questionnaire to let us know what you like and don’t like before we put them together for you. And, of course, you will receive an experience for every month for as long as you decide. And don’t worry, we will make sure that you never receive the same experience twice (unless you want to of course, but then you’ll just have to let us know).
When will I receive my first Experience Box?
If you have subscribed to our Date Night Box, your first box will be on its way to you within five business days of filling out your questionnaire. Our one-time, any-time experience boxes will be in the mail within two business days of your order. If you choose courier delivery, we will have it to you the following day. Why are there so many options for delivery?
We want to reward you for your commitment to enhance your relationship and your life through regular experiences. Therefore, one of the perks for subscribing is that we will cover the shipping costs for you. However, you do have the option of requiring a signature to ensure the delivery of your box if your mailbox is not secure. If you decide not to pay the extra $2 for a signature, you assume the risk if your experience box is lost or stolen.
For the one-time, any-time boxes, we will be sure to get it one it’s way to you as soon as possible! If you want to make sure you receive it by the next day, there is an option to pay so it can be couriered to you right away.
What areas do you serve?
Currently we serve Vancouver, including the entire Lower Mainland.
Do you have plans to expand into other areas?
We have plans to expand to the major cities within Canada in the near future, and outside of Canada after that. Sign up here to be notified of our continuing expansion plans.
When will I billed for my subscription?
You will be billed immediately upon purchase. If you purchased a monthly Date Night subscription, you will be billed each month on the same day as when you originally signed up. For quarterly subscriptions, you will be billed each quarter on the day of the month that coincides with the day you originally signed up.
I received an experience box and I don’t like one of the experiences you provided. What do I do?
We do our best to ensure that each of your Date Night boxes are tailored to your interests. However we understand sometimes you may receive an experience that you simply aren’t interested in trying. While we encourage you to embrace your spirit of adventure and do it anyways, if this simply isn’t an option for you we suggest that you gift it to someone else and help others to increase the fun factor in their lives! Due to the specific way our boxes are curated, we do not offer refunds.
How can I cancel my subscription?
While we would be sad to see you go, we do understand if you find that you need to cancel your subscription. If so, simply log onto your account, choose “Subscribe” in the left hand menu and follow the directions.
